INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING JR.KG ADMISSION FORM 2024-25 

• Please fill the Admission Form using a computer or laptop only.(Do not use mobile)
• Keep the softcopy of the required documents mentioned in the circular ready for uploading in .pdf /.jpeg/.jpg format.
• Kindly use web browsers either Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome .
• Please fill all the compulsory fields marked with * sign.
• Size of photographs to be uploaded must be less than 100 kb.
• The login ID (Form No.) and the Password will be sent through SMS to the mentioned contact number.
• Please note down your Password before you CONFIRM PASSWORD in case of any SMS issue.
• In case of log out before clicking on the "SUBMIT" button, please fill the admission form again.
• After confirmation of password, click on "SUBMIT" button. You can see your filled in details. Now upload all the documents mentioned (salary slip for the month December 2023) in pdf format only (less than 100 kb) required for this admission process.
• You can edit the form details until you click on the CONFIRM button. Click on PRINT to print the hard copy of the admission form.
• The form, once confirmed, cannot be edited.
• You can view or print the form by clicking on Existing Form option from the Admission tab and enter your Form no ie. login ID and password specified earlier in case of any issue .
